Job description
The Assistant General Counsel is a full-time attorney position that reports directly to the Vice President and General Counsel who supervises Moody’s Legal Department (OGC). The OGC manages all of Moody’s legal affairs, including provision of legal advice and assistance to Moody’s Board of Trustees, President, Provost, Vice Presidents, Deans, Faculty and staff.
The OGC is a fast-paced, high-volume workplace.
