• Valley View Elementary Posting # 4496 Starting Rate of Pay: $24.20 per hour Schedule: 2.5 hours a day (approximately 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM) Calendar: Follows the 183 days / year student calendar Interested external applicants should apply online at https://www.colheights.k12.mn.us. External Posting Dates: 10/1/26-until filled Questions regarding this position should be directed to Danielle Ketchum, Elementary School Principal, 763-528-4205 or ketchumd@colheights.k12.mn.us Interviews will be scheduled at the request of the School District Major Responsibilities: Provide safety and supervision in cafeteria and on playground at the elementary level for two hours each school day during lunch and recess. There will be outside recess duty and indoor lunchroom supervision. Lunch Duty Monitor is responsible for keeping students safe and respectful during lunch and recess each day. This includes keeping the students on schedule and enforcing school expectations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Must be calm and patient with children. Experience working with diverse populations preferred.
