Front Desk Receptionist (Part Time, Starting January 2027)

Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of our pediatric patients and their families while developing your career in a fun and positive environment. Location: Brentwood, TN (Maryland Farms) Monday-Thursday, 2-6pm Friday: 2-4 hours, as needed Up to 30 minutes of checking emails on Sunday for any schedule changes It is a 16-20 hour/week position starting in January 2027.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain the calendar for office staff. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Support team members with various tasks as a personal assistant when required.
