AI Solutions & Automation Engineer

The Dixon Group is seeking an AI Solutions & Automation Engineer to join our team in Chestertown, MD! In this role, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our enterprise AI platform, automated workflows, and agentic solutions. This cross-functional position bridges software engineering, data science, and business process design.

You will partner with leaders throughout the company to identify operational challenges and design, build, deploy, and support secure, scalable, and autonomous AI-powered agents and multi-agent systems.
