Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of three focused on growth, service, and building strong relationships. I’ve been with State Farm since graduating college, spending 12 years in corporate roles across claims and leadership before opening my own agency. I’m part of a busy family of four and stay active with youth sports.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time with family. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
