Sr. Consultant Lean Six Sigma

As a Sr. Consultant, Lean Six Sigma, you will partner with leaders and teams across the organization to solve complex business challenges, redesign end-to-end processes, improve operational performance, and create better experiences for our members and employees. Using Lean Six Sigma, business process management, project management, and organizational change management practices, you will lead high-impact improvement initiatives from problem identification through implementation and sustained results. You will also facilitate or assist in Kaizen events and collaborative workshops, helping teams identify root causes, remove barriers, and design practical, scalable solutions.
