Medical Staff Coordinator

• Mashpee, MA, Salary Range: $56000.00 - $68000.00Salary/year, The Medical Staff Coordinator manages administrative functions that support Health Center operations and regulatory compliance. This role acts as a primary liaison between clinical providers and health center leadership to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule medical staff meetings and trainings and document detailed minutes and action follow up items. Manage provider on-call schedule; ensuring schedules are up to date and communicate any status changes. Collection and reporting of key clinical metrics for review by medical staff leadership. Facilitate Peer Review activities, collecting data and ensuring full compliance.

In collaboration with Human Resources, support provider staff onboarding and collection and verification of credentialing and privileging documentation. Flexible to complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate degree with 2 years + experience supporting health care administration. Strong project management skills and superior efficiency with Microsoft office programs. Exemplary organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
