Job Title: [ELDP] Polymer Materials Molding Process Engineer Job Description: The Role: This role focuses on polymer-based products such as drums, tubing, and injection-molded components. You will be responsible for mastering polymer forming processes, ensuring product consistency, chemical resistance, and driving continuous improvement in production efficiency.

In this role you will: Develop and optimize molding and extrusion processes for polymer products including drums, tubing, and injection components Conduct stress testing and rheological analysis to improve product reliability Establish and maintain SOPs and process documentation for polymer forming operations Lead or support continuous improvement projects to enhance material utilization and automation potential Traits we believe make a strong candidate: Bachelor’s degree or above in Science, Engineering, or related technical fields Interest in polymer materials or molding technologies Analytical mindset with attention to detail Strong collaboration and communication skills Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment Proficient in English communication Your success will be measured by: Trust, Integrity and Accountability People and Teamwork Innovation and Creativity Dedicated to Excellence
