Early Stage Collector

Kawasaki Motors Retail Finance is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Early-Stage Collector to join our dynamic team at a startup captive finance company. You will be instrumental in shaping the customer experience by managing early-stage delinquent accounts with professionalism, empathy, and a strong sense of brand alignment.

Working in a fast-paced call center environment, you will handle a variety of inbound and outbound interactions, from routine payment questions to more complex issues such as insurance claims, title concerns, and other specialized account servicing needs. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup atmosphere, is equally passionate about customer care and hitting performance goals.

This position will report to the Collections Manager.
