• PALM CITY, FL, Position Type: Seasonal, Education Level: None, Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.00Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: General Labor, Job Summary: Assist in the maintenance of pickleball courts, equipment and other areas of the pickleball center. Ensure that the pickleball area is clean; including emptying trash cans, blowing debris off walkways etc. and other duties as assigned by Director of Tennis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

6:30 am -10:30am (4 hours day) Duties will include blowing the courts in the morning from debris, leaves, dust, Drying the courts that may be wet with rollers that we are making available, Drying and cleaning benches and/or any outdoor seating area available for members, Arranging towels in the towel dispensers. Removing any dirty towels and sending them to wash, Taking trash from the outdoor trash cans and those available by the pickleball courts, Cleaning any outdoor water fountains, Change or replace nets when needed, Remove any trash or balls left around the pickleball facility, Report any issues to his supervisor or to the pickleball pro, Job Requirements include the following, but are not limited to: Conduct day-to-day maintenance operations of courts in a business-like, ethical and professional manner.

Maintain good working relationship with club members, employees and all customers. Establish and maintain a clean and professional workspace. Dress appropriately according to uniform standards and well groomed. Establish a record of good work attendance and reliability. Demonstrate flexibility in work habits and work schedule.

Use time effectively. Attend required Staff meetings. Comply with company policies and procedures as established in the Employee Handbook or as demonstrated as common practice. Seek to improve self in knowledge and skills. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
