Chef de Partie

Job title: Chef de Partie Department: Senior Catering Based at: Blackburn Rovers Academy, Brockhall Village, Old Langho, Blackburn, BB6 8BA. Flexibility regarding location is required. Duties and responsibilities

To be committed to ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of all staff and elite players, promoting their well-being whilst maintaining professional boundaries; Preparing, cooking and presenting food to a consistently high standard; Supporting the senior chefs with the smooth running of the kitchen; Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards; Ensuring food preparation areas are clean, organised and well maintained; Managing your section effectively during busy service periods; Following recipes, specifications and portion controls; Helping to maintain high standards across all areas of the kitchen; Working as part of a professional kitchen team; and Any other duties as reasonably assigned by the Lead or Head Chef when required. 3. Skills required: Has a passion for producing great food; The ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen; Excellent attention to detail and high standards; Reliable, organised and a great team player; Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop; and Holds a good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety 4.
