IS Specialist Aisin Electronics Illinois LLC (AEIL) Location: Illinois Schedule: Primarily 1st Shift (After-hours support as needed) Salary Range: $52,000 – $61,535 About the Role AEIL is seeking a driven, solutions-oriented IS Specialist to join our Information Systems team. What You’ll Do Provide Tier 1–2 support through our service desk ticketing system Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software Manage Active Directory accounts and Microsoft 365 environments Support network connectivity, VLANs, and IP configurations Maintain virtual environments and storage systems Assist with Oracle E-Business Suite and enterprise systems Develop technical documentation and train end users Manage device inventory and coordinate hardware procurement Support IS security initiatives and system maintenance What We’re Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (VLANs, IP scopes, hardware setup) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Experience: VMware and virtual environments Veeam, AWS backup solutions Power.
