In this role, you will help consumers understand beauty products, recommend suitable options and provide guidance on product use, ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone, email, chat with enquiries about hair care, hair colour, skincare and cosmetics. Provide personalised product recommendations based on customers’ needs. Explain product features, benefits and correct usage clearly and confidently. Deliver professional, friendly and customer-focused service.

Maintain accurate customer records and follow established procedures.

Requirements

Advanced English proficiency, with C1 level or above recommended. Experience in cosmetics or skincare retail, beauty advisory or a related field Ability to explain product information clearly and recommend suitable solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset and a professional approach. Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
