Director of Student Conduct and Title IX Coordinator

Reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs, the dual position of Director of Student Conduct and Title IX Coordinator provides: (i)  general oversight for all student conduct issues in the student code of conduct, including issues pertaining to student misconduct and academic integrity; and (ii) management, training, prevention and education concerning the Samford University Sexual Misconduct Policy (the “Sexual Misconduct Policy”) and Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 and its corresponding regulations and Department of Education guidance.
