Product Owner (AI / Platform)

We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our product team at a pivotal moment. You’ll start by owning a strategic internal infrastructure initiative, working hand-in-hand with engineering on the platform that powers our communications products. As that initiative matures, you’ll move on to bringing AI-powered features into our customer-facing B2B / B2B2C products.

This is not a “manage the backlog” role. You’ll set direction, make hard calls on scope, and partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership to ship products that move the business. Wjat would make you an ideal candidate for the role: English+Spanish languages skills, a significant plus for navigating the LATAM market.

Experience with CCaaS / UCaaS platforms (e.g., Five9, Talkdesk, Genesys, or similar). Great at pptimizing agile ceremonies, cross-functional issue tracking, and workflow tooling.
