Job description
The HVAC Technician need solid problem-solving skills to ensure the heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems meet the needs of the people using them. Additionally, HVAC Technicians need computer and communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Performs all building maintenance tasks as assigned and all preventative maintenance tasks as required.
Answers radio calls and responds to guest room and public area calls in a prompt and professional manner according to standards.
