We’re seeking a dynamic, bilingual (English/Spanish) team player with automotive sales experience to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your outgoing personality, sales expertise, and language skills will help drive success in our diverse community.

Responsibilities

Bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm to our outstanding team. Follow up with prospective customers who haven’t purchased, reaching out to schedule in-person appointments to assist with their vehicle selection. Become a product expert on all Guaranty Chevrolet vehicles. Execute the sales and delivery process to provide the best possible customer experience.

Commit to continuous training and self-improvement to excel as a professional salesperson.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base. Strong customer service or general sales background (e.g., electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, or marketing) is a plus.

Outgoing, friendly, and customer-service-oriented approach. Desire to grow a long-term career with Guaranty Chevrolet.
