JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Physician Specialty: Vascular & Interventional Radiology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Bismarck, ND Service Setting: Inpatient Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: Aug 13, 2026 – Ongoing Shift Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8a – 4p; evenings and weekends on call Reason for Coverage: Gap in schedule Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance Covered COVERAGE DATES Aug 13, 2026 – Aug 18, 2026 Sep 04, 2026 – Sep 11, 2026 PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 10-15 procedures per day Case Mix: Vascular, Interventional, Neuro (stroke) FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: No Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days REQUIRED PROCEDURES Diagnostic vascular intervention Angiography – venous and arterial Therapeutic vascular intervention Angioplasty – venous and arterial Stenting (venous and arterial) Thrombolytic therapy Emobolization therapy Interventional (body, non-neuro) Vascular access devices/PICCS Central lines Port a cath insertions IVC Filters TIPS Aspiration/drainage procedures Percutaneous Needle Biopsies (Above & Below diaphragm, and Bone) Extractions (Biliary & Renal) Abscess drainage Thoracentesis Paracentesis Myelopgraphy Pain management procedures Perc.

Transhepatic Choleangiogram Blood patch Joint/epidural injections Vertebroplasty Arthrograms Chest tube insertion Uterine artery embolization Liver Y90/Tace Gastrostomy tube insertion Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion Renal fistulograms, Cryoablation Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomy (Required) JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: Board Certified (Required) Licenses: Active ND License or Universal License (IMLC) Certifications: ACLS, BLS Experience: IR Residency or fellowship required; experience with all required procedures Other Qualifications: Clean malpractice history preferred; must be available at name clear; NPDB self-query within 30 days Duties & Responsibilities Perform diagnostic and therapeutic vascular interventional procedures (angiography, angioplasty, stenting, embolization, etc.)

Manage stroke thrombectomy cases (preferred) Provide on-call coverage for evening (4p-8a) and weekend 24-hour shifts Perform interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, drainages, line placements, and pain management Collaborate with medical staff and ensure timely patient care
