Build high-touch candidate relationships and partner cross-functionally to strengthen employer branding initiatives. 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting DEPA organizations in high-growth environments, ideally within consumer technology, marketplace, or mobile-first companies Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders through data, market expertise, and strategic consultation, including experience shaping hiring strategy across multiple technical functions and seniority levels Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement capabilities Expertise in structured interviewing, assessment design, and process optimization Experience leveraging recruiting analytics to drive continuous improvement Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies, AI-enabled tools, and ATS platforms such as Ashby, Lever, or Workday
