Position Summary

We’re looking for a motivated Production Packer to join our bus seat manufacturing team. This hands-on role is responsible for preparing, labeling, packaging, and securing completed bus seats for shipment. The ideal candidate enjoys fast-paced, detail-oriented work and takes pride in ensuring every order is packed correctly and safely.

Responsibilities

Stage pallets and cardboard trays by set number and OEM according to daily production schedules Match part numbers and serial numbers from inspected seats to the correct pallet and record them accurately on set paperwork Bag and pad each seat using protective materials to prevent damage during transport Assemble cardboard sleeves and trays to box each pallet Use strapping and threading tools to band and secure pallets for shipment Work closely with the inspection and shipping teams to ensure correct and timely set completion Maintain an organized packing area and follow all warehouse safety procedures Perform other production or packaging tasks as needed Schedule Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with frequent overtime until daily shipments are complete) Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays based on production needs) Requirements Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly Comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail for labeling and paperwork accuracy Team-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethic Safety glasses and PPE required (provided by the company) Why Join Us Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Stable, full-time position in a growing manufacturing environment Hands-on work with a dedicated and supportive production team Opportunities for cross-training and advancement
