The Position: The Executive Assistant, under the general supervisor of a Barrett Executive, will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the President and other senior staff.

This position works Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm in our Franklin, MA office. The compensation range for this position is $70K-$85K, depending on experience. How You’ll Make an Impact: Research, analyze, and prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and special projects Manage complex calendars, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and proactively coordinate appointments Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening inquiries and routing them appropriately Arrange travel, track expenses against budget, and maintain confidential records and filing systems Support meeting logistics including agendas, materials, room setup, and minutes Draft professional communications, memos, Word documents, Excel reports, and PowerPoint presentations Answer employee questions on standard policies, benefits, and HR processes Qualifications: High school diploma required Five years progressively responsible administrative experience.

Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software. Experience with Claude AI or another AI platform Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
