Supervisor of Dental Assistants - Fireweed Dental

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Supervisor of Dental Assistants is responsible for the supervision and development of the Dental Assistant employees of the Dental department. This position works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality therapeutic and culturally acceptable direct care and skill-building dental services.

Supervisor of Dental Assistants is expected to handle assignments that are tied to multiple accrediting bodies, Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement compliance. The Supervisor of Dental Assistants is responsible for the day-to-day performance of a group of Dental Assistant employees and also providing dental assistant services.

The supervisor is responsible for guiding the work for a group of dental assistants towards established goals and objectives.
