QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma, Fluency in English; Spanish is plus. EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a transportation or hospitality setting is preferred. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage, work outdoors, and stay on your feet for long hours. Friendly, professional, and able to assist passengers with a positive attitude, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Efficiently handle tasks within tight schedules, especially during peak hours or busy travel seasons. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Ability to quickly address any issues that arise, such as handling lost luggage or responding to passenger concerns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers with luggage. Maintain cleanliness of working area. Provide information to customers about schedules and services. Tag luggage in accordance with travel destination. Assist with distributing of luggage at the luggage area. Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout the terminal.

Candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, a team player, and adaptable to changing tasks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
