Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering growth in technical and professional skills.
Contribute to program proposals, design reviews (preliminary and critical), and overall system architecture decisions. Apply Agile and Lean development practices in coordination with Product Owners, Chief Engineers, and IPT members. Support and/or lead software integration activities with mission assurance and safety-critical requirements in mind.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Significant experience developing and integrating real-time embedded software in hardware-constrained systems. Experience in at least one of the following industries: defense, aerospace, telecom, robotics, medical devices, automotive, or IoT.
Proven ability to lead design efforts and work collaboratively in an IPT environment. Strong understanding of hardware/software integration, firmware interaction, and real-time operating constraints. Ability to obtain program-specific access (U.S. Citizenship required). This is a unique opportunity to contribute to mission-critical programs and work with cutting-edge embedded systems alongside world-class engineering talent.
If you’re passionate about real-time systems and want to make a tangible impact, we invite you to join our team.
