Call Center Representive

Description Job Title: Call Center Representative Department: Call Center Location: Peachtree Corners, GA Reports to: Call Center Manager/Call Center Supervisor Date: 10/12/2026 JOB OVERVIEW: We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

Strive to resolve customer issues in a way that ensures a positive customer experience. Ability to work with minimal Supervision. Coordinate with the Service Manager and Parts Team, as needed. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED required. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have 1 or more years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service Environment. Additional skills required: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of ECI/E-Automate, ServiceNow, Microsoft Outlook, Smartsheet and Excel.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. WORK ENVIRONMENT Work in areas which require attention to detail in a varied environment. General office environment. May spend long hours sitting or standing. Some physical effort is required which may involve bending, reaching, stretching, or similar activities as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 60 pounds.
