ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2000 and is a growing, close-knit team currently made up of two team members with plans to expand. I’ve spent my entire career with State Farm, starting just 17 days after graduating, with experience in both claims and agency - bringing a well-rounded perspective to how we serve our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
