Automotive Service Support- Mentor - Hyundai- Part-time

Part-Time Automotive Service Clerical Support Classic Hyundai , in Mentor, Ohio , is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Service Clerical Support Representative to join our Service Department team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable spending significant time on the phone, and wants to become part of a successful automotive dealership organization.

What You'll Do

The Service Clerical Support Representative assists our Service Department by communicating with customers before and after their appointments.

Responsibilities include

Contacting recent Service customers to follow up and ensure complete satisfaction Calling customers with upcoming appointments to provide courtesy reminders Contacting Service customers regarding maintenance and/or safety-related items that may require attention Providing professional and courteous customer service by phone Assisting the Service Department with additional clerical and customer follow-up duties as needed Please note: This is a phone-intensive position.
