Senior Consultant

As our Senior Pricing Consultant , you will be developing and executing pricing initiatives across DBS product portfolio, partnering with commercial and finance teams to optimize price positioning, drive margin improvement, and ensure our pricing reflects the true value we deliver to customers. What you will be doing As a key part of the DBS Global Pricing team, you'll create impact by Driving data-informed pricing decisions that strengthen Grundfos's competitive position while supporting sustainable, profitable growth across global markets.. Your main responsibilities include: Develop and implement pricing principles, frameworks, and guidelines for product lines and market segments Conduct pricing analytics including competitive benchmarking, price elasticity modeling, and margin analysis to support decision-making Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Finance to align pricing with commercial objectives and market dynamics Lead pricing governance processes, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions and channels Identify and drive pricing improvement initiatives that enhance profitability and customer value perception Support the evolution of pricing tools, systems, and processes to increase efficiency and scalability What makes you a great fit Above all, you are a commercially sharp, analytically strong pricing professional with a talent for translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations and a collaborative mindset for working across functions.

We would also imagine that you have: 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, or revenue management within a B2B or manufacturing environment Strong analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in Excel and pricing/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, or similar) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field Proven ability to develop pricing strategies and influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights It is a plus if you also: Experience with value-based pricing methodologies and price optimization software Background in the pump, water technology, or industrial manufacturing sector Familiarity with ERP-integrated pricing processes and CPQ systems Why you will love working here A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
