Customer Services Administrator

Job Description: The Customer Services Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive administrative support to the customer service team and managing customer inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or Economics Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service positions within multinational companies Advanced level of English proficiency Strong command of MS Office applications Competency in data analysis and reporting Customer-oriented with strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Experience with SAP is preferred Job Description Manage the existing customer portfolio, maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships through a quality-focused approach, and collaborate with related departments to improve processes and services.

Monitor customer forecasts to achieve sales targets. Receive customer requests and evaluate them to convert into orders. Coordinate and follow up on customer orders with the production planning team. Plan, organize, and monitor activities to ensure orders are delivered in the required quantities and within the expected timelines.

Enter and report monthly PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) data in line with sales forecasts. Track historical sales performance and inventory levels, and manage supply and sales planning activities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports. Regularly follow department SOPs and update them when necessary.

Monitor and support monthly closing processes.
