Specialist, Safety

This role is responsible for maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs to help create a safe workplace and meet all required regulations. Based at a manufacturing facility that welds and assembles crane and forklift components, the position leads incident investigations, supports the Safety Observation program, and works with site teams to find causes of issues and put corrective actions in place.

The role also handles new employee safety orientation, monthly safety training, workplace inspections, and environmental compliance activities. The position works closely with plant managers, supervisors, and safety committees while following Corporate HSSE standards and reporting requirements. Occasional travel to other company manufacturing facilities may be required.
