As a Member Services Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for members by providing exceptional service, opening accounts, processing transactions, assisting with consumer loans, and recommending solutions that meet their needs, What You'll Do Deliver outstanding service in person and over the phone.

Open and maintain personal and business accounts. Process transactions accurately and balance cash daily. Assist members with consumer loan applications and closings. Promote digital banking tools and convenient self-service options. Recommend products and services that help members succeed financially.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in cash handling, sales, retail, customer service, or financial services.
