Consultant - Servicenow

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service. Now Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing the Service. Now platform to meet business requirements. Job Description Develop and configure Service. Now applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, APM, GRC, ITAM, SPM, etc.)

Customize Service. Now workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions. Create and maintain integrations between Service. Now and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Design and implement service catalog items with associated workflows and fulfillment automation. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and project lifecycle phases. Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for Service. Now configurations and processes. Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to Service. Now functionality and performance. Ensure compliance with best practices in Service.

Now development, security, and data integrity.

Requirements

Requirements Candidate should be able to perform in a dynamically changing environment. Should have prior hands-on working experience in Service. Now platform Service. Now Platform Configurations and Service. Now Scripting, Best practices Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / web service / JSON will be added advantage Ability to work with clients and partners directly and handle crunched timelines ​ Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.

Certifications Service. Now Certified System Administrator (Desired) ITIL Certifications (desired) At least 1 mainline Service. Now Implementation Certification (Desired) Experience & Background BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSc/BCA Implementation/customization experience on Service. Now ITIL/Service. Now Certifications will be an added advantage.
