Full-Time Call Center Representative Company:Anserfone lLocation: Memphis, TN (In-Office) Pay: $16/hr Schedule: 40 hours/week (10-hr shifts), requires working one weekend day and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, professional, and empathetic assistance to callers in a high-volume environment.
• Gather, verify, and route caller information accurately to the appropriate clients.
• Enter caller details into our software quickly and with strong attention to detail.
• Consistently hit core performance goals, including schedule adherence, average handling times, and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, polished, and articulate phone presentation.
• Excellent verbal and written English commutation (including proper grammar and spelling).
• Basic computer literacy in a Windows environment.
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a commitment to quality service.
• Flexibility to work one weekend day per week and assigned holidays.
