183-26-3 Release from Custody and Concurrent Disorder Case Manager

The Release from Custody and Concurrent Disorder Case Manager reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Mental Health and Addictions Manager, Six Nations Elected Council.

To assist the Mental Health and Addictions Manager in the performance of statutory, advisory and operational duties related to the successful re-integration of adult clients with mental health and/or substance abuse needs who have been charged with a criminal offence and are returning to the community.

To assist the Mental Health and Addictions Manager and Director of Wellbeing in the provision of culturally appropriate clinical community mental health programming.
