Facility Manager

Alliance Aviation Services is seeking a Facility Manager to support the Director of Airport Operations and Airport Operations team at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport. This role is responsible for extensive tenant communication, prioritizing and performing routine and preventative maintenance on all buildings as well as customer repair requests and concerns to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner, overseeing vendor contract administration and bids, conducting weekly site visits, coordinating/attending building punch lists walks, and development and maintenance of annual facility management budgets.
