Community Banker I - Float - Bakersfield Cal Ave

The Community Banker role is a progressive branch career path with increasing responsibility for customer service, teller transactions, account opening, operational controls, relationship support, and branch leadership. The travel/float Community Banker provides flexible branch coverage by traveling to various bank locations to support daily operations, maintain efficient customer service, and ensure consistent adherence to banking policies and procedures.

This position fills staffing gaps as assigned by the Community Banking Regional Manager due to vacations, absences, increased customer traffic, and other operational needs while delivering a positive customer experience at every assigned branch.
