Sr. Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager leads sales strategy and execution for an assigned region or market. This position is responsible for revenue growth, customer retention, new-business development, sales-team performance, and achievement of profitability targets across air freight, ocean freight, ground transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing, and other logistics solutions.

The role works closely with operations, pricing, procurement, account management, and product leadership to develop competitive solutions and deliver a consistent customer experience.
