Manual Picker

Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Manual Picker in Tabor City, NC! This position is temporary at the Tabor City, NC location and will transition to another location. Key Responsibilities: Move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies throughout the facility Transport items between production lines, staging areas, storage, and shipping Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers safely Stage materials for production and move finished goods to warehouse locations Assist with cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy using scanners Support production by maintaining steady material flow Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Perform general warehouse duties such as labeling, wrapping pallets, and consolidating freight Requirements: 1–2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Equipment experience (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
