Job Description Lead and execute audit engagements for clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.

Professionally engage with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and video conferences to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver exceptional service. Apply knowledge of job costing and construction accounting principles to support clients in the construction industry. Work collaboratively with team members to complete assignments efficiently and effectively.

Independently solve complex problems while knowing when to seek assistance to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Assist clients and fellow team members in solving problems and streamlining processes to enhance productivity. Key Qualifications Current CPA licensure is preferred. 2+ years of audit experience in public accounting with a reputable firm.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop. Familiarity with job costing and construction accounting concepts. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of client interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proactive problem-solving mindset with a willingness to seek assistance when needed.
