Ensure that fixtures and fittings are in good condition.

Carrying out repairs, fixing cupboard doors, putting up shelves, pictures and changing light bulbs. The Handyperson will also be responsible for grass cutting and building furniture. Complete relevant paperwork of all maintenance jobs. The Handyperson job will involve weekly fire alarm checks and fire extinguishers, and monthly water outlet temperature checks.

Job Requirements Preferably candidates applying for the Handyperson job will have basic maintenance experience.
