PSG Lee Operator - 1st Shift

Shift: 6:00 AM-3:30 PM Hourly Rate: $23.56 an hour A Taste of Your Responsibilities Perform all required Line Checks, Centerline Audits, Tool Inspection forms, CCP1 and CCP2 documentation. Record required production, quality, and weight‑control information in Infinity, LEDs, and SAP. Follow all Quality Assurance standards, including Infinity computerized weight‑control procedures.

Conduct minor repairs and make center‑line adjustments to assigned equipment. Stage changeover parts prior to line changeover and return components to the changeover parts cart afterward. Maintain accurate documentation and escalate any deviations in equipment performance or product quality. Follow oral and written instructions to ensure consistent processes and safe operation.

Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and documentation requirements. Skill in performing basic mechanical adjustments and minor repairs. Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with repetitive tasks.

Strength to lift, push, or pull materials as required by the production process. Strong attention to detail for completing audits, forms, and system entries. Willingness to work assigned shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
