Role Overview The Marketing Campaign Project Manager is a high-energy "operator" responsible for turning business promotions into actionable marketing reality. You will act as the central hub between Associate Directors, creative teams, and stakeholders to ensure every campaign is delivered on time, remains compliant, and moves through the pipeline without friction.
This is a tactical execution role focused on process management, stakeholder alignment, and project flow.
Key Responsibilities
Take high-level business promotions from ADs and translate them into detailed project plans and task lists. Process Management: Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle. Ensure all marketing materials (digital, print, social, etc.) are moving through production. Friction Removal: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the workflow.
If a department is lagging or a brief is unclear, you are the one to step in and solve it. Compliance & Quality Control: Act as the final gatekeeper to ensure all assets meet brand standards, legal requirements, and campaign goals. Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication between departments (Creative, Media, Sales, Legal) to ensure everyone is aligned on goals and deadlines.
Tool Power-User: Maintain the "source of truth" for all projects within Asana and manage documentation via G-Suite . Candidate Profile: The "Operator" We are looking for a highly organized communicator who thrives on "keeping the ball moving." You aren't just a list-maker; you are a problem solver who understands how business goals impact marketing output.
Required Experience & Skills: The Bridge Builder: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and "speak the language" of both business leadership and creative teams. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level experience with Asana (or similar PM tools) and the G-Suite ecosystem (Slides for presentations, Sheets for tracking). Execution Focus: 3+ years in project management, traffic management, or marketing operations.
Attention to Detail: A natural instinct for compliance and catching errors before they go live. Agility: Ability to manage multiple overlapping campaign timelines simultaneously without losing focus. Success Metrics On-Time Delivery: 100% of campaign assets are ready for launch dates. Workflow Efficiency: Reduction in "friction points" or stalled tasks in Asana.
