Note :- Experience Required : 3-6 years Specialty ICU/CCU 1-1.5 for MBBS and for others it will be based on previous salary Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Resident Medical Officer to join our hospital team, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within critical care environments.

This position is essential for maintaining the highest standards of medical treatment and ensuring the well-being of patients requiring intensive monitoring and specialized attention. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing acute medical cases, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and upholding clinical excellence in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans for patients admitted to the ICU and CCU units. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in clinical condition or emergencies. Collaborate with senior physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop and execute individualized care strategies.

Perform essential clinical procedures, including intubation, central line insertion, and other life-saving interventions as required. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards. Participate in rounds, case discussions, and continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, recovery processes, and post-discharge care instructions.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of 3 years of post-graduation experience in a hospital setting. Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience in managing patients within Intensive Care Units (ICU) and Coronary Care Units (CCU). Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and ethical medical practice. Current medical licensure and relevant certifications in critical care are mandatory.
