• Internal Sales Reports to Head – Internal Sales Grade E2/E3 Department National Sales Job Location/Country Hyderabad Team Size Not Applicable Travel Not Applicable Position Summary: The Internal Sales executive will be responsible for calling and converting the leads to prospective customer & will work closely with the sales team across India. Speed and Accuracy Problem-solving attitude Flexibility to work in shifts Experience working with CRM software Mandatory proficiency in Gujarati and English (spoken and written). Key Roles & Responsibilities: § Generate leads through cold calling and email marketing § Understand customer needs and requirements and route it to appropriate sales executive § Close the sales and achieve the revenue targets § Maintain and expand database of prospects § Collaborate with channel partners to build sales pipeline and close sales § Research about customers / accounts to generate sales Candidate Profile : Qualification & Certification (if applicable) § Bachelor’s Degree from any stream Experience § 1+ years’ related experience, in backend / internal sales Computer Skills § Proficient user of MS Office Communication & Language Proficiency § Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Core Competencies/Skill/Any other attribute relevant to the role § Speed and Accuracy § Problem-solving attitude § Flexibility to work in shifts § Experience working with CRM software
