🎯 About the Role The Presales / Sales Engineer provides additional support to account executives and conducts demonstrations for strategic purposes. Working alongside Product you’ll be participating in different stages of the sales process providing technical and functional support to enable sales and help our customers find the best solution for their business goals.

🌟 Your Responsibilities ● Work with the Sales Team to identify our customer business goals and help on the creation of a value proposition around our product that addresses them. ● Understand our customer's technology to design and recommend customized solutions for the best set-up. ● Develop customized presentations and demos to prove the product’s value.

● Responsible for coordination Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Proof of Concepts (POC). ● Be in constant interaction with the product and customer success team and communicate new functionalities to the sales team. ● Deliver Customer-tailored product presentations and demos to prove the product’s value.

✅ What we're looking for in you ● +3 years of pre-sales / sales engineering experience selling complex, technical products. ● Technical sales/support experience with SaaS software solutions, APIs, etc ● Outstanding communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a manner that is easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand ● Hands-on, high-energy, passionate, and creative problem solver ● Demonstrated experience in owning projects end to end that involves coordinating many resources and teams.

● English and Spanish proficient. French is a big plus! ● University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred. ● AI-Assisted presales Workflows: Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks . Use AI tools for automated RFP/RFI responses (via platforms like Claude and Gemini) and dynamic meeting preparation 🤩 Extra points to shine Deep previous experience working directly with Retail, Grocery (GDO) , or Banking clients.
