Produce Truck Driver

Location: El Paso County, TX (3 store locations). Employment Type: Full-Time. We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Commercial Truck Driver to transport fresh produce from suppliers to our three supermarket locations. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in safe driving, and understands the importance of timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company trucks to pick up and deliver produce to store locations. Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, state, and local transportation laws. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any issues immediately. Ensure loads are properly secured and maintained (temperature-sensitive products). Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.

Provide courteous communication with dispatch and store managers.

Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Clean driving record (MVR required). At least 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred. Ability to pass a background check and drug/alcohol testing. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible hours. Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA safety regulations.
