Your Impact As an SAP AMS Manager, you may be responsible for: Leading SAP AMS engagements and support operations for enterprise clients.

Managing service delivery performance, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and providing strategic advisory support. Leading AMS transformation programs, service optimization initiatives, and SAP roadmap discussions. Managing incident, problem, change, and release management activities within SAP landscapes.

Overseeing enhancement requests, minor project delivery, and application lifecycle management. Driving operational excellence across support, maintenance, and enhancement services. Managing and mentoring functional and technical SAP consultants. Supporting business development activities, proposals, and client presentations.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. Significant experience in SAP implementation, AMS, managed services, or transformation environments. Experience leading teams and managing client-facing engagements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in consulting, professional services, or complex enterprise environments is advantageous.

SAP certifications are considered a plus. Ability to lead multiple priorities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
