What You'll Do

Facilitate engaging classroom and hands-on technical training for dealership technicians Prepare vehicles, tools, and workshop environments for experiential learning Teach diagnostic strategies and repair procedures across various vehicle systems Evaluate learner progress using competency-based assessments Maintain training records and learning management systems Collaborate with corporate, regional, and dealership teams to support training objectives Assist with curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives Support training center operations, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep Travel occasionally to deliver training at additional locations
