Responsibilities include

Providing direct, resident-centered nursing care. Administering medications and treatments as ordered. Coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents. Monitoring resident health, documenting observations, and responding to changes in condition. Educating residents and families on care plans.

Ensuring rooms are ready for new admissions and participating in orientation.

What you'll bring

Current, unencumbered RN license. Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. Ability to make independent decisions and strong communication skills. Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations. Patience, tact, and a positive attitude, especially with elderly and diverse populations.

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Physical Demands & Environment: Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday. Cope with mental and emotional stress of the position. May work beyond normal hours, including call-back during emergencies. Exposure to infectious waste, diseases, and hazardous chemicals is possible (standard for healthcare).
