BASKIN-ROBBINS SALES & OPERATIONS CAPTAIN Full-Time | Multi-Location Leadership Position Location: Greensboro / Lake Oconee, Georgia Area Pay: $18–$22 per hour + performance bonuses Help Grow Our Baskin-Robbins Business! We are an established Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins franchise operator seeking an energetic, motivated, entrepreneurial individual to lead growth across our Baskin-Robbins locations.

This is not just an ice cream scooping position. We need a leader who can build sales, expand ice cream cake orders, develop community relationships, and make Baskin-Robbins a destination for families and celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Baskin-Robbins sales growth across multiple locations.
• Build ice cream cake sales, custom orders, and celebration business.
• Develop relationships with schools, sports teams, local businesses, and community groups.
• Plan and execute brand-approved local marketing initiatives.
• Train and motivate store teams to sell more ice cream and cakes.
• Maintain outstanding product presentation, inventory, and guest service.
• Track weekly sales, product availability, and performance; identify growth opportunities. Who We’re Looking For
• Outgoing, energetic self-starter with a passion for sales and people.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling between nearby locations.
• Available for selected evenings and weekends.
• Retail, restaurant, bakery, marketing, or sales experience is a plus.

Compensation

& Opportunity $18–$22 per hour based on experience; performance-based bonuses; approximately 40 hours per week; opportunity for advancement and direct collaboration with experienced franchise ownership.
